Just happened to be searching Youtube today and found this funny ad from way back in 2004. The ad is actually for Budweiser beer, but it does have a great scene with a Murphy bed.
Actually this ad is not helpfull to the image Murphy beds because it promotes anage old myth.
The myth is that Murphy beds can spring up and close you into the wall. This simply is not true and never has been.
The only way you could get the bed to close up on you is to stand at the head end while the bed is down. this would cause enough counter weight on one side to raise up the bed. Not a very likey thing to happen.
Enjoy the video anyway, it made me laugh.
